POLR does not manufacture chillers.  These are recommended products that we have found to work well with out plunge and reach user needs.  Read user manuals and follow chiller recommended uses and procedures.  Always use a GFCI outlet.  Be responsible and take care around water and electricity.  It's imperative that you follow both the manufacturer guidelines for their chillers and POLR's installation guidelines to ensure safe usage.  This chiller can be set very low, even to 32 degrees, and our highly insulated plunge can get very close to that.  However, this could theoretically create a situation in which part of the plunge fails and bursts from freezing water.  Monitor lower temperatures very carefully to avoid a dangerous situation.  It is also recommended that you keep this chiller out of the rain.

Freeze damage to accessories such as chiller is not covered under warranty.
